In order to look better, you have to exercise. Note that I didn't say "lose weight." Who cares what you weigh if you look better? You need to build muscle so that your body's metabolism increases. Then you'll burn more calories each day. If you eat the same, then you'll lose weight because your metabolism is faster! Muscle growth will make you thinner! Women, don't think you'll look too muscular. You just don't have enough testosterone to look "manly." Don't half-ass your workouts to "tone" your muscles. That's crap, too. "Toned" muscles are muscles with less fat over them. Build up some muscle and let it do the weight loss for you!
