Lose Weight With No Work?

Those celebrities you idolize have spectacular bodies because they work very hard to have spectacular bodies. Even those bone thin supermodels are doing squats to sculpt their butts, watching what they eat to maintain their lean figures, and many are doing cocaine and other uppers to increase their metabolism. You cannot lose weight with no work. If you could, everyone would be thinner. IT TAKES WORK TO LOSE WEIGHT. In order to lose weight, you have to take in less calories than your body burns. If you try a fad diet, you will accomplish this. Your incoming calories will be less than the amount you are burning. But, here's the thing: NOBODY can stick to a diet. If it's called a diet, that means it's temporary. The minute you go off the diet, your metabolism will again be burning less calories than you take in. And when that happens, you GAIN THE WEIGHT BACK. It's that simple. Eventually, you'll come right back to where you were. In fact, your metabolism may even have slowed down a bit in your body's effort to adapt to the diet. YOU MAY END UP HEAVIER!
