The problem of measuring out the exact amount into the machines has totally been eliminated. Since no filling of coffee in the filters is required now, the ritual of coffee making has become clean and tidy without any spillage and washing of the leftover particles from the machine. The machines work on dip and drink principle. Coffee pods are a great help in making espresso, the master drink of all coffee preparations. Since the making of espresso is difficult, the quality and quantity of coffee required is pre measured and packed in the coffee pods for using in espresso machines.

The popularity of coffee pods is due to its instant preparation. It just requires the coffee maker to be filled with water, placing the coffee pod in the receptacle and switching on. In a few minutes a cup of coffee is ready.

Coffee pods are also available in different flavors such as vanilla, hazelnut and Irish cream. These pods can be got from supermarkets or coffee shops. The price of each pod depends on the type of roast and flavor.
